We work with entrepreneurs, independent water stores, vendors, and franchise candidates. All services are subject to availability and approval.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3. Payments, Refunds & Billing
Some services (e.g., consulting retainers, design packages, vending machines) require upfront payment or subscription billing.
All invoices must be paid within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds may be granted on a prorated basis for ongoing service agreements, and are subject to review.
Water Startups reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment or misuse.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, brand systems, technology, and materials provided by Water Startups (e.g., logos, documents, code, or websites) are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute our proprietary tools or templates
Remove branding or copyright notices without permission
Copy our brand systems for commercial use without license
Clients retain ownership of assets they provide to us. Joint creative work may require mutual licensing agreements.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree not to:
Upload illegal or harmful content
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
Spam, exploit, or abuse our automation tools
Misrepresent your identity, brand, or affiliations
Use our platform to harm, defraud, or deceive others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or account in violation of this policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Water Startups integrates with platforms such as:
Shopify
HighLevel
Google Workspace
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Firebase / Stripe / Calendly / Notion
We are not liable for any data breach, outage, or policy change on these platforms. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms.
7. Confidentiality
We honor the confidentiality of your business strategies, contacts, and marketing data.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Water Startups internal systems, automation workflows, documents, pricing models, or trade secrets.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee outcomes such as:
Increased sales
Business success
Search engine rankings
Third-party ad approvals
However, we do strive for high-performance, data-driven support and best practices in all client engagements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Water Startups is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data — even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding the incident.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with 7 days' written notice.
For subscription services, cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund if eligible.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service for any reason, including policy violations or misuse.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and State of Utah, with additional operational scope in the Philippines and other global jurisdictions.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved via mediation. If unresolved, legal action must be brought in San Luis Obispo County, California or Utah County, Utah.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of our services implies agreement to any changes.
